SPICY DISCO MIX SPICE BLEND - CASE PACK OF 6

Created originally for pheasant and partridge, this spice blend has become a kitchen staple and one of our most versatile spice blends. The balance of spice (aleppo pepper - slightly more floral, and ancho- to bring the kick) sits alongside juniper, pink peppercorn and the citrus zing of dried orange peel.

It pairs just as well with  pork and venison as it does sweet potato and cauliflower. Use as a dry rub on meats or mix with olive oil to douse your veggies in. 

The longer you leave Spicy Disco to marinate, the spicier it gets!

Great on: Pheasant, Venison, Pork, roasted cauliflower, mixed with pork mince for meatballs. Pop a bit on fish and wrap up in tinfoil to steam in the oven too.
