Sugar and spice and all things… naughty. Being nice is sooo last year - we’re here to add a lil’ rodeo to your Christmas cuisine.
This blend is a blow your mind treat of orange, juniper (and rosemary) - balanced deliciously with sugar and salt. It’s both bitter and sweet, a bit like your Boxing Day hangover. Get freaky in the kitchen this Christmas - use it to glaze a ham, toss with parsnips or rub into your Christmas roast turkey, goose or holy duck(!).
Take a gravladax cure up a gear if you’re a fancy pants, or our personal favourite; rim a G&T glass to feel like the Christmas queen you are. Limited edition, so get it before you go all Grinchy.
