We ferment big batches of our killer kimchi for 12–14 days before dehydrating it into a spicy, umami-packed salt. It’s a flavour bomb best used after cooking — sprinkle on eggs, avocado, ramen, steak, chips, or even a honey-drizzled margarita pizza for a salty, spicy kick.

We love our Kimchi salt on top of scrambled eggs, potatoes or stirred through mayo.
