RODEO DISCO PICKLES - CASE PACK OF 6

Our Rodeo Disco pickles were named because of the colourful mix of spices we use to flavour them, it’s a party in a jar! Sliced in thinner rounds, these are a bit more delicate, almost floral, in taste.

Tasting notes: Seasoned with pink peppercorns, coriander seeds, mustard, dill and nigella seeds, Rodeo Disco pickles have a wonderful balance making them both punchy and tangy without being overpowering. There’s a hint of sugar in the brine to balance out the acidity in the vinegar, but they are very much not a sweet pickle.

Great on: Sandwiches, bagels, burgers, on top of your pizza. Straight out of the jar.
